I am a Quechi’ Maya. I grew up drinking Chokolha’. I have been working with Kakawa and my fellow working farmers; learning, growing and understanding how we grow Kakawa. The connection between Junajpu’ Chocolate and Maya, both past and present are numerous to mention. We are honoring our culture and tradition; connecting to our present needs with one heart and reinvesting back into our communities and Mother Earth for the future.
